… I finally started going to physical therapy to help with my lock jaw problem I’ve had for a couple of years. Learning more about the root issue of it reminded me that the causes of issues we face are less obvious than we think and also how insanely important, hard, and magical it is that our body is constantly seeking balance while we move, sit, breathe, stand, and just be. Everything really has an opposite reaction and everything that’s part of us tries to work in harmony
